Lynn Goldhammer, M.A.

Lynn Goldhammer was trained in facilitation as an ensign in the Coast Guard. She utilized those skills throughout her 17-year Coast Guard career and specialized in organizational development. She attended the Leadership Institute of Seattle and in 2007 completed her Masters degree in applied behavioral science with a focus in coaching and consulting in organizations. Currently retired from the Coast Guard, she continues her work as a facilitator and consultant.

Eleanor Newton, Ph.D.

With a degree in counseling psychology, Eleanor specializes in conflict resolution, facilitation and training for nonprofits, unions and government agencies. She was an academic ombudsman for eight years, and prior to that was in workforce development with AT&T and Communication Workers of America. She was trained as a psychologist, worked in community mental health in New Jersey and Texas, and taught at the college level. Ms. Newton received her Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in counseling psychology and has served on several national boards and community task forces.
